As someone who understands how frustrating it can be to be tossed around the centralized medical system with no answers, Melissa decided to begin a focused journey to understand what truly supports health, healing, balance, and long-term wellness. Melissa acts as a Health Consultant through her business Fika Wellness LLC., and has completed courses in Functional Medicine Nutrition, Access Bars Therapy, Orthomolecular Mineral Facial Analysis (Goyetche Institute, Canada), Biomagnetism, Circadian Biology, and Quantum Energetics - Divine Healing.  

Melissa helps her clients develop practical skills for understanding and supporting their own health. Her work centers on teaching individuals how to read the body’s signals through body connection, simple energetic communication, and facial features—skills that were once commonly understood but fell out of practice with the rise of a centralized medical model.

With a background in orthomolecular, mineral-based wellness and facial analysis, Melissa supports clients in identifying nutritional deficiencies and imbalances so they can make informed, responsible choices. Living and homesteading in the hills south of Naples, she integrates these wellness tools into a lifestyle rooted in simplicity, awareness, time in nature, and personal accountability.
