Five generation maple farming! Their on-site retail syrup is crafted much like it was generations ago: sap gathered by hand, hauled from the woods by horses, boiled over a wood fire, and sealed in glass jars. It’s a process their family has practiced since 1838, and one they remain deeply proud of.
Owner Kara Reid runs a small-batch, in home bakery specializing in artisanal sourdough and classic baked goods. Every item is made from scratch with care, using quality ingredients and traditional methods to create flavors that feel like home. From rustic sourdough to muffins, cookies, brownies, and more.
Genesee Valley Trappers is a nonprofit educational conservation organization. At the expo they will have a gun raffle with five different firearms going for raffle! They will also have a crossbow, a trail camera, and a pop up hunting blind for demonstration.
Culture Gardens is a micro flower farm in Avon, NY & home to the Bloom Saloon seasonal farm shop, which sells cut flowers, local honey, luffa sponges, & more. They'll be offering cut flower seedlings to grow your own cut flowers as well as seeds and luffas. Signups available at expo for food garden installations for 2026.
Patty Love with Barefoot Ecological Design will be selling seedlings and potted plants at the expo. She will be hosting a presentation on permaculture design.
She teaches regenerative design, permaculture, food forest gardening, homesteading & social permaculture.
Ragtime Ice Cream Co. brings the sights, sounds, and taste of history! Their ice cream is made entirely from scratch inspired by recipes from the 1890’s. Every gallon of ice cream is frozen in an antique-style churn using ice and salt, powered by an early 1900's engine. You can find them at the expo serving up the sweet treat straight from their churn.
Cutco Cutlery and Knives will be offering their products, information, and knowledge at the expo. They will have on display their cutlery & cookware along with gardening and sporting items.
