Melissa Marszalek 2:00-2:55p

Melissa's work centers on teaching individuals how to read the body’s signals through body connection, simple energetic communication, and facial features—skills that were once commonly understood but fell out of practice with the rise of a centralized medical model. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the balance sway muscle testing method, a simple and accessible way to observe how your body responds to foods, supplements, and personal care products.

Full Description:

Muscle testing doesn’t require equipment or another person—it can be done using your own body and natural sense of balance. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn the balance sway muscle testing method, a simple and accessible way to observe how your body responds to foods, supplements, and personal care products.

In this class, you’ll learn:

  • How the balance sway test works and why it’s effective
  • How to perform the test safely & consistently on yourself
  • Common mistakes that lead to inaccurate results
  • Practical ways to use muscle testing in daily life

This class is ideal for homesteaders and wellness-minded individuals who want a reliable, self-directed tool for making more informed choices about what they put inside—and on—their bodies.
